[Mono-list] Performance issues

Hi, the machines I tried it on and had performance problems were both
running Windows XP, SP2, and the other SP3.
The other machine, which didn't show any problems, is 2GB, running Windows
7. I am using the most recent version of both Mono and MonoDevelop.
