Sadly, no such thing exists.  Your only option is to use the ODBC
provider.  It works OK;  but Mono's ODBC provider doesn't get much love.

IBM has been going to release a fully managed .NET provider any-day-now
for quite some time. AFAIK, it is still future-tense (although I gave up
checking awhile ago, so I could be wrong).
