[Mono-list] Error during Apache/Mono shutdown

Hi, 

Our production environment is running Mono v1.2.4 on CentOS release 5.2
(Final).

We've a restart of Apache & Mono service on daily-basis at low usage time. 
Recently, I'm seeing some errors in the Apache log
(/usr/local/apache2/logs/error_log) between shutdown and start of the
'restart' command. This error is thrown especially after shutdown command is
received.

[Sat May 29 03:36:28 2010] [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down

** ERROR **: file domain.c: line 178 (mono_jit_info_table_find): assertion
failed: (ret == 0)
aborting...

** (process:25412): ERROR (recursed) **: file domain.c: line 178
(mono_jit_info_table_find): assertion failed: (ret == 0)
aborting...

** (process:25412): ERROR (recursed) **: file domain.c: line 178
(mono_jit_info_table_find): assertion failed: (ret == 0)
aborting...

The last line in the above error is printed 415 times in the log.

1. Can somebody let me know the root cause of this exception?

2. How do I handle this in future?
