[Mono-list] SSL Certificate Store

That issue was fixed a while ago - see
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=545015

However no new 2.4.x release were made after that fix.

Either update to the latest 2.6.4 or recompile and update your
Mono.Security.dll from the 2-4 branch.
