[Mono-list] PocketBook + Mono

Your device should come with a cross-compiler that allows you to compile
C/C++ code
from your desktop that will run on the device.

Given you have such compiler, just configure mono with the appropriate
directives and
you're done. Just set the CC env var and pass the right --host to configure.
