[Mono-list] mod_mono WSDL question

I am using mod_mono and Apache 2.2 to publish a web service, example.asmx.  Can someone tell me how the response to a request for "http://mydomain.com/example.asmx?WSDL" is served?  Is the WSDL auto-generated for each request?  How would I configure caching on that request?
