[Mono-list] Mono 2.6 for Ubuntu

Hi all,

I would like to know if someone had already made any Mono 2.6 build
for Ubuntu, especially 9.10 Karmic. Since the dafault on it is Mono 2.4.
I really would like to try new stuffs there, and MonoDevelop 2.2 also.

Will it be okay if I just convert the package from openSUSE
to the deb for Ubuntu? Or should I build it from scratch?
I'm just a newbie to packaging thing :)
