[Mono-list] How to find MySql.Data package under MonoDevelop packages

I've try to create it with pkg-config, but nothing to do... 
I'm searching on the web the best way to create it, but I didn't find
anything clear... 

Can you explain me how can i make it? Or have you got a link where can i
find something easy for a dummy??
