[Mono-list] Alternative IDE for windows

Hi again, it's actually been a few months since I tried MonoDevelop, so I
don't remember which version it was. And no, I haven't tried the monodevelop
list yet. I guess I'll try Monodevelop again, and if the problem persists,
I'll the monodevelop list. Thanks for the advice.
