[Mono-list] Alternative IDE for windows

Hi everyone,

I'd really like to use Mono on Windows as an alternative to C# express from
MS, and while the MonoDevelop IDE runs fine on my home computer, on my work
computer which has 1 GB of RAM doesn't work correctly, and in fact, causes
the whole system to slow down to a halt. Is there a less resource expensive
IDE that I can use (preferrably with integrated GUI editor)?
