[Mono-list] Emulating Sugar OS on Windows

Hi,
Basically, I have got a small problem here. I am learning to develop
application for the OLPC from here.

Although, building the application with mono is pretty well explained but I
needed to run this application on Sugar (Fedora Core Linux) emulator. The
emulator is available for download in this article but I don't know the way
to use the same.
Please help.
