[Mono-list] Where did mod-mono-server2 go?

It was a couple of weeks ago when I did a compile but
making-installing XSP under the 2.6.7 release (xsp-2.6.5 apparently)
did not install a mod-mono-server2 (just mod-mono-server and
mod-mono-server1).  I don't remember any build failures.  Did I
accidentally turn off a 2.0 profile or is it genuinely missing?

The reason I noticed is because I started getting a
System.String.IsNullOrEmpty missing method exception.  I assume this
was introduced after .Net 1.x.
