[Mono-list] Installing mono fastcgi on CentOS 5.5

Hello,

I want to install mono fastcgi to be used together with nginx on a CentOS
5.5 server. I've tried installing the Mono group using yum, but it does not
seems to include the mono-fastcgi-server2 component.

Any ideas on how to get it installed? Please note I'm newer then a newby to
both mono and centos, so examples are much appreciated!
