[Mono-list] autogen.sh problem from mono git source

Hi folks,

I'm trying to compile ~2 days old mono source downloaded from git, but
during configuration process (when I run ./autogen.sh
--prefix=/ust/local) I get this error:

config.status: creating runtime/mono-wrapper

Am I doing something wrong somewhere?
