[Mono-list] Expecting > and got EOF when attempting to run ASP.NET/MONO on OSX/Apache2

Unfortunately, I never managed to get it resolved.  I spent about 4 days
trying to get this to work, without success.  For the time being, we
resorted to running Windows 2003 server virtually so we could have IIS up
and running until we get this resolved.  I figured I'd give it some time and
try out a new build, but it appears that this issue is still not resolved.

If you happen to have some success, though, I'd really be interested to
figure out how you managed to get around the issue.  If I have some time to
tackle it again in the future, I'll post my results here. Best of luck to
