[Mono-list] MonoVS refusing connection

Maybe try editing /usr/lib/monovs-server/monovs-gui-server.exe.config and put
this line in:

<add key="MonoVS_Server_BindTo" value="10.0.2.15" />

Note: If you're using the GUI, edit the -gui- file, otherwise, edit
monovs-server.exe.config.

You also may want to check the firewall on the machine hosting the VM.
