[Mono-list] can't install on RHEL5

To me, it looks like you are building the software rather than just
installing a prebuilt binary. If you are, in fact, intentionally
trying to build from source, you may need to install some additional
packages. From first glance at the error message, it looks like you
are missing some graphics libraries (tiff, png, etc) that libgdiplus
needs to build properly. Unfortunately, I don't know those package
names off the top of my head for RHEL5.
Please someone correct me if I am mistaken.
