[Mono-list] /mono/mono/arch/ files license

Hi!
I'm writing a JIT compiler and to make my life easier I have used some files
from /mono/mono/arch. Unfortunately, these files lack the typical license
boilerplate and I'm not 100% sure about their license. According to FAQ,
Mono itself is dual-licensed under the MIT license and GPL. Does it mean
that my program (which is using these files) has to comply with both
licenses? Or can I pick only one license which is more suitable for my
program?
Regards,
Petr Krajca
