[Mono-list] Event raised from Plugin class loaded at runtime in a different AppDomain using assemblyloader

i don't know why, but now work fine also without PING raise event workaround
method.
It's very strange... but i'm happy :-) that don't need to use workaround

if i will have still this exception i will use tracker.

Robert many many thanks for your support, i write more than 20 post on some
forums to have some suggest to detect problem but only few people responded
to me.
