[Mono-list] I can't run my application via latest mono

I'm so glad to see your response about this debug query.
I'm a freshman and want to ask a question.
How to use this command:" --debug-agent"?

I use it like this :"mono
--debugger-agent=transport=dt_socket,address=127.0.0.1:1521  invoke.exe"
