[Mono-list] fastcgi-mono-server2.exe causing 100% CPU load

This issue is reproducible with mono daily build from today (2010 04 08) and
xsp-142707 trunk version. I deployed the web app and then tried to hold F5
refresh in browser. Resource leak can be seen through htop in a minute when
site is under heavier load.
