[Mono-list] Trouble running xbuild nightly

Well, you've managed to break your installation. Monocharge is
not intended to be used like this. It's only useful if a developer
has told you which assemblies to pick from it.

I suggest you to reinstall Mono and update only the Microsoft.Build.*
assemblies from monocharge.
