[Mono-list] Service logging at boot

I am logging to '/var/log/monotest.log' although I have tried other
locations without success. I believe the service is running as 'root'
although I am relatively new to Linux so it may be that I haven't configured
it correctly. Could you advise the best way to ensure this?

Also is the 'ServiceProcessInstaller' account relevant at all? I have also
tried using different accounts for this too without success.
