[Mono-list] System.DllNotFoundException, but dll is there.

I have the UFScanner.dll, but not the libUFScanner.dll. When run on windows
works fine. 

It was a program to manager a fingerprint scanner, I've installed the linux
driver and running using mono with windows dll.
