No you don't need to generate or use SSH keys - that is only necessary
for developers with commit access. The documentation on the wiki
regarding TortoiseSVN documents how to configure TortoiseSVN for
exactly this setup (because unlike on Linux on Windows it's quite
complex). As far as you are concerned just use the URLs I gave you for
HTTP anonymous read-only SVN access and use them in whatever SVN
client you want to checkout.
