[Mono-list] Sugestion for detault mod_mono.conf

Howdy,

 

I'd like to suggest for the mod_mono.conf file, to include also:

 

DirectoryIndex Index.aspx

 

With the "I" from "Index.aspx" in upper case.

Could this be added?
