[Mono-list] mono 2.4 xsp shell integration

Hi, I'm trying to test mono 2.4 w. xsp on Vista64, but if I right click my
project folder and select "XSP 2.0 Web Server Here 2.4" it says:
xsp2
Listening on address: 0.0.0.0
Root directory: C:\Projects\Website\netedeny.hu
Error: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its
access permissions.

and does not start the site.
I have nothing running on port 8080, and I tried to re-set the port to 8099,
but no luck.

Any thoughts?
