Does it work with Mono? Your stacktrace looks like one generated
by MS.NET.

This is by design of ASP.NET. Only unmanaged ASP.NET hosts can
circumvent this limitation. Maybe a MS.NET 2.0 AppDomain Manager
might help, too, but this is beyond Mono.WebServer2 scope.
