[Mono-list] passing MonoArray from c#

Thanks - that is quite useful. The mono_method_get_unmanaged_thunk() call is
not in the public API for my version of the code, but just adding it to
msvc/mono.def (I'm using the msvc build of mono.lib) gets it exported in
mono.dll.

Anyway.. I've attached the working tests with the thunk method added.
