[Mono-list] DynamicData + Linq2Sql mono questions

Now it is Jonathan (jonp) who has been working on L2SQL, and he moved
it into mcs trunk.

For DynamicData, Marek (grendel) took over the component and has been
making progress.

i.e. in both areas I'm not on the track anymore ;) and they may
give you better status of those components.
