[Mono-list] Mono 2.4 Rc2 Connection Issue & Color Issues

Hi

I am using mono for my Embedded system web page development in the Linux.
Previously i was using Mono -1.9. now i am migrated to 2.4 RC1 and i am
facing two issues.

1)  i am getting the 503 Error then i will checked the Error log I am
getting following Error. Once the all the  Mono process get settled the my
web pages working fine.

after several attempts to spawn the process.

2) Mono 2.4 Supports Pre compile web sites So i am trying to pre compile my
web pages  in windows like this with out pre compile my pages will take 4 -
6 minitue to load my web page but if i am pre compiling my page it will get
loaded in 45 Second.

I am Pre compiling my website like This


"C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_compiler" -f -p
D:\Haroon\Releases\AECMONO-DEV\Merge-4\AEC2.1 -v / "C:\Documents and
Settings\Haaroon\Desktop\AEC_MONO"

it will create my Precompile libraries in the  "C:\Documents and
Settings\Haaroon\Desktop\AEC_MONO" and i am deploying this file in to my
linux box. But I wonder some of the Color & the most of my Layout got change
All the Data bind frame and ajax Menu got changed. Shown in the Image. But
if i compiled visual studio my pages are working with out any issue.
