[Mono-list] Best OS dist to use?

Hello,

1) for linux in a Virtual Machine, go for sun´s Virtual Box (ose?) or VMware
as suggested. Both used to have free versions for personal use, and are very
easy-to-use.

2) for windows development, try SharpDevelop, its windows forms Designer
works very well. And it is free open source software (saves some good $$$
for Visual Studio)
