[Mono-list] Can I use mono on OSX86 to edit my windows based .NET projects?

MonoDevelop is still in alpha on OS X.  I don't think there is a
stable version yet.

If you feel comfortable developing with a text editor then you should
be able to get it to work just fine.  Using xsp2 is probably your best
bet as far as a testing environment goes.
