[Mono-list] Error when using mkbundle

[Rakshas]

I have same problem. Also I've installed gcc 3.4.4-999, binutils 20080624-2.
I've not found "as" package. Also there is no package with that name at
http://www.cygwin.com/packages/
But installing cygwin doesn't help. Any other ideas?
