Not actually, even when it's limited, Mono has the Olive project covering
WPF, WCF & WF technologies.

Also, please take note that lphant had a nice feature. It had a lot of GUI,
one for each environment: web, windows, gtk, mobile and wx.
Even when we think that GUI is a relevant part, we will focus in
functionality first. We are open to hear all ideas.
