[Mono-list] SHOWMEDO video tutorial?

I was looking for video tutorials on using the Mono-Project tools on 
http://showmedo.com/ http://showmedo.com/  but didn't see any. That web site
focuses on homemade tutorials for open source programs.

Are there good video tutorials for using the Mono-Project tools available?
C# and .NET training videos? If not are there people interested in creating
video tutorials? ShowMeDo makes it free and easy to screen capture video
with audio narration.
