[Mono-list] JavaScript

There was a managed JScript implementation for the DLR from MS that has since 
been abandoned, there's a current onoe from RemObjects too here 
http://code.remobjects.com/p/roscript/

I'm working on a DLR based ECMAScript (JavaScript 1.8) implementation, but 
it's really slow going, as I've never built a compiler before...
