[Mono-list] Exec task in xbuild not working at all

That seems to be a bug, i'm working on fixing that now.
BTW, please use the latest version of mono
(http://www.go-mono.com/mono-downloads/download.html)
as it has a much improved xbuild than the version that you seem to be
using.
