[Mono-list] Fixing 2.4.2p2 NotImplementedException

I tried to extract System.Data.Linq sources from SVN but
http://anonsvn.mono-project.com is down. Where to find trunk sources ?

How to force web application to use System.Data.Linq.dll from application 
bin folder instead of  2.4.2p2  default one?

I cannot use whole SVN since it does not work due to the issue
