[Mono-list] Make VPN connections with Mono .net

Hello,
I am developing an app that will need to make VPN connections from My C# app
written in MONO.
I use Ubuntu 9.04 but would simply like to know how to use .NET libraries to
do this.  If not avalable in .NET... how is this done?
