[Mono-list] Using custom PThread headers for compiling Mono.

I want to compile Mono for Wii, which is basically a non-POSIX PPC. I
already have Wii (Read, powerpc-gekko) compilers, which produce
wii-executable code.
Now I need to let mono use the custom pthread header. How do I supply it to
Mono?

./configure option? Editting a makefile?
