[Mono-list] Mono + Gtk-Sharp packages for armv4t (openmoko)

Hi all,
i want to develop applications for the freerunner.
Are there some "READY TO USE!" packages for mono and gtk-sharp?
i have read a lot of postings and i can't find 2.0 packages for mono and gtk.
I read the mono:arm maemo doc to use scratchbox.
I don't know how to build these packages myself and handle crosscompile.
Avail pkg's only 1.2.5. Why everyone must build his own pkg? Is it not possible to make one for all users? ;-))
