Please file a bug at http://www.mono-project.com/Bugs.

Remoting between MS.NET x64 and Mono did not receive the same
amount of testing like x86. You may (I'm not sure if it helps)
have more luck if your app is compiled for MS.NET x86 (In VS.NET
2008: Project Properties/Build/Platform Target: Any CPU or x86).
