[Mono-list] Distribute *.exe for Windows, *.app for Mac and so on

Hello,

is there a possibility to distribute the Application for Mono in One
package? Maybe, that i have a *.exe file, a *.app file for Mac OS and a
executable file for Linux in the same folder? Because i doesn't want that
the user must start my application over the batch-form and so on. Is there a
simple method to do this? Maybe with packaging Mono in it? Or must i
programming those files myself? Well, a c++ app or something which only
starts at windows "\myApp.exe" or a *.app which starts "Mono \myapp.exe" and
so on?

Has somebody any ideas?
