[Mono-list] Prj2Make# GTK Problem

Hello,

I have just installed mono 2.2 onto my windows machine, and I was interested
in using Prj2Make# along with Visual Studio, however, when I click on the
link in the start menu, a command window opens, but then nothing happens.

I tried execute the batch file directly from a command window, and the
following error message came up:

WARNING: The following assembly referenced from
C:\PROGRA~1\Mono-2.2\lib\prj2make-sharp-gtk.exe could not be loaded:
Assembly: gtk-sharp
Version 1.0.0.0

What am I missing, do I need to install something else?  I thought
everything was contained within the installer for windows.
