I am interested in contributing to moonlight2, but I did read the
contribution page and ran into this:
"*If you have looked at Microsoft's implementation of .NET or their shared
source code, you will not be able to contribute to Mono.*"
Working with .NET for a living, I have never really felt the need to explore
.NET in any significant detail, perhaps counting the number of times I have
had to use Reflector or the shared source feature of Visual Studio 2008 for
work-related diagnosis on one hand, but it doesn't sound like this statement
allows for any gray areas.
Also, as a Microsoft MVP I don't know if that confounds things due to NDA
signing. Does anyone know definitively if I'm out of luck?
