[Mono-list] Winforms Bug Report - Crash when binding an image list with no images to a treeview

I did not add any images to an imagelist that was selected as the imagelist for a treeview in my winforms based app.  When I ran that app on Mono it crashed.  After I added an image to the imagelist the application ran fine.

On the Microsoft side it runs fine with or without and image in the imagelist bound to the treeview.
