[Mono-list] GDI+ and Mono 2.0.1

Hi Sebastien,
I've created the bugreport -
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=475844&action=View with the full
project test-case attached.

and finally i managed to test it with the latest opensuse + mono 2.2
official packages - same results as with mono 1.9 (screenshots attached).
