[Mono-list] ParallelFx

Hi Maciej,

Most parts of ParallelFx are already included in Mono and will be available
if you enable the 4.0 profile with upcoming Mono 2.6.

What's notably missing at the moment is PLinq which is under development and
not ready for prime time use yet.
