I tried the GTK sample on Windows, since GTK on Linux hangs. Windows
GTK# can't set the paper size either - it is always Letter / Landscape.
:-( I filed a bug for this too.
If anyone is interested, here are the bugs I have filed thus far:
GTK# landscape printing:

A4 paper size: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=529485
Print Preview bug: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=529486
I'll try printing to a file using one of the PDF libraries, and I'll see
if that works any better, and post my results.
